We met Christine about a month before we planned to sell and she gave thoughtful advice to prepare our home and pricing strategy. She sent us almost daily updates of new listings and sales in our neighborhood to keep us informed of market activity. With this insight, she recommended a list price strategy and timing of making our listing active. She used her extensive social media presence to advertise our home and draw in 35 showings in 2 days. She helped build excitement for our home and this brought 15 offers.
