About Christ Church
The Parish of Christ Church has strongly expressed the need to serve God, grow spiritually, demonstrate our faith, spread the Word of God, and to be the Body of Christ.
In October 2016, our Pastor Brad Elliott was diagnosed with terminal cancer and died in January 2017. His illness and passing affected our parishioners who have mourned the sudden loss of a loved pastor who was an integral part of the Christ Church family.
Since the loss of our Pastor, we have had 3 unsuccessful searches for a new leader. Our last search was in the fall of 2019, following that search we have decided to wait. While waiting we continue to serve the needs of our church through a very dedicated team of volunteers who continue to make sure that we are meeting the needs of parishioners with Pastoral care, supporting each other when needed and working together on the administration and growth of the parish. Ours spiritual leadership has been ongoing through a team of presiders who bring their caring, their words of encouragement and hope through the sermons and prayers that they provide.
Please join us any Sunday morning at 9:30 to hear the word of God, feel uplifted and encouraged through the worship and song and fellowship that we strive to share in. We Welcome all who enter through our doors.
