Being a survivor of many things, I became a counselor after my own personal healing. I am a firm believer in Self-Care. I think journaling is an awesome way to self-care. It helps one to reflect on their own personal growth. My self-care is creating CustomBooks for others to use and enjoy in their daily journey!
