I ordered through skipthedishes and it was perfect. Delicious and not melted at all. The same goes for my boyfriend's cone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dommage etant touriste français on nous avait mis en référence cet établissement pour déguster une bonne poutine maison mais l'acceuil glaçant de la vendeuse nous a un peu refroidit car sans même un bonjour ni excuser moi messieurs dames, nous a un peu ejecter dehors car la jauge de 7 personnes maxi était dépassée ce que l'on peu comprendre.
Par ailleurs nous n'avons pas compris cette jauge n'ayant pas de repair entre etre debout ou assis.
Dommage nous sommes partit deguster ailleurs
Too bad, being a French tourist, we had been referred to this establishment to enjoy a good homemade poutine, but the chilling welcome from the saleswoman put us off a bit because without even saying hello or apologizing to me, ladies and gentlemen, we were kinda kicked out because the gauge of 7 people maximum was exceeded what one little to include/understand.
In addition we did not understand this gauge having no repair between standing or sitting.
Too bad we left to taste elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après un jeûne imposé de plus de 2 ans par la pandémie, me voici enfin ce soir, le 23 mai 2022, à votre succursale de la rue Maguire à Québec, pour enfin déguster mon dessert préféré, un sundae au caramel à la fleur de sel.
Que s'est-il donc passé? Désormais impossible d'atteindre la crème glacée, le nappage a trop durci au contact de la crème glacée. Votre employé, dans un élan de générosité a-t-il voulu verser un nappage trop abondant? Avez-vous modifié votre recette en y ajoutant plus de paraphine ce qui expliquerait ce durcissement inapproprié?
Je dois ajouter que les 2 personnes qui m'accompagnaient ont, elles aussi, été déçues de leur choix respectif et, ce, pour les mêmes motifs.
Me voilà très déçue et je me devais de vous en informer pour peut-être vous inciter à retrouver votre ancienne formule qui était beaucoup plus facile à consommer, sans dégâts et frustrations.

Though it’s a newly opened restaurant the ice cream was delicious and so as the customer service!

Amazing staff and decadent chocolates.
Happy to find some Vegan Chocolates and they had 3 types of Vegan dark chocolate fondues.
They only had one gelato vegan( wished they add some more options)
A fantastic amount of chocolates for all tastes and preferences.
Bought a few and ate a few.
Good place to buy as gifts or for treats for your self.
