★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend and I took a chocolate making class with the owner. He was very friendly, patient, and hilarious. He explained in great detail the science behind making 'the perfect chocolate'. The store has a wide selection of chocolates and candies. Surely at least one type of chocolate will pique your interest.
and if it wasn't obvious, the owners likes puns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sugar-Free chocolate is good. However, it is extremely dissapointing to find out that this chocolate is made by another company in the US. It should be made in store, like every other chocolate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent in the day in Stratford and planned to participate in the Maple Trail and Bacon & Ale Trail. Great wait to be guided through town for different snacks and bevvies. Chocolate Barr's was on the Maple Trail and who doesn't love chocolate??
It was Easter weekend and the shop had a beautiful assortment of easter chocolate. All the chocolates are hand made in house. The trail ticket provided us a box of 6 maple creams. I was tempted to use all 6 trail tickets on chocolate!
Lovely displays with something for everyone. From nuts, sponge and fudge to chocolate in all shapes, sizes and types...white, milk, dark. Truffles, creams, caramels...
We left savouring our maple creams with lots of goodies for the Easter baskets.
A definite stop when you visit Stratford.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here yesterday for part of my 50th birthday. First time visiting. The lady behind the counter was so fun and friendly, and she helped me find all of my favourite types of chocolate so easily. Only had a couple of things so far, but oh my.....delicious!! We just found a new favourite!
