★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to make an appointment, lady who answered the phone confirmed the time, it was a Groupon offer which she told me I did not have to purchase on Groupon website that she would give me the same deal. $29 for 45 minutes reflexology. When I got there, there was no information in their reservation system about me. The lady who I spoke with was not there (I am assuming she is the owner or manager). The masseur signed me in and started the massage, he was super attentive and kind. However, in the middle of the massage, the lady who I had made the reservation with on the phone storms in the room, wanted to know who I was and to say that my time was finished and that if I wanted to continue I had to pay $25 more. Only one foot had been massaged at this point. So I agreed to pay $25 more in order to have a complete massage. She was having an argument with the guy who was making the massage because he picked the wrong room and did not check the time. I felt extremely uncomfortable because she made me feel really bad as if I was to blame for not checking up the time. When I told her at the end that it was not my responsibility to monitor the time of the massage as I was trying to relax, she was extremely defensive and blaming the poor boy who is a great professional. It is her duty to manage that place and she does not do it well. Worst customer service ever. I left 15% tip to the masseur, I just honestly hope he will get it as he was great. Unless they really improve their customer service levels, I won't recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone service is worth half start because they don't seem to understand english or french, si it was complicated and frustrating to book my appointment. A week after, I still don't know what to think of the massage i got. Either they really know what they are doing or they just made my muscle pain worst.During the massage it clearly hurt and after mentioning it to the lady, i didn't feel like she put less pressure,she kept repeating to me No pain no gain .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a 30 minute massage here and it has been one of the best ones I have ever had. It was done by Mia. She immediately noticed what problems I was having in my back, and she focused there while telling me good exercises I can make to avoid future pain. She was truly amazing and knew what she was doing and I feel SO much better now. Prices are not bad, so I will be back soon for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean Spa. Warm welcome. Friendly. Traditional Chinese massage. High level of detail. Possibility to have a very deep and intense massage if you don’t mind the hurt. Property owner took the time to reassess my back even after my hour long massage because I still had tension. Worth the try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great massage! It’s not a relaxing ( in fact it was intense) but it’s definitely healing very similar to physiotherapist. Great for anyone who has imbalance or old injuries. You might be sore for the next day but in the end you will notice an overall improvement of health and from me posture. I will go again this week and be giving this massage as gifts worth every penny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to go if you're looking for an authentic therapeutic Chinese massage. It's going to hurt like hell and it'll feel like torture sometimes but it's worth it.
If you feel sore the next morning, as if you worked out your body like crazy the day before, then that's normal and part of the healing process. You'll feel really good the following morning and your ailments will be a thing of the past.
The service is good and the prices are competitive. Call in ahead to reserve your masseuse and schedule a time.
They also offer couples massages but that may have changed during the pandemic.
You can also get a group foot massage with your buddies, it makes for some good fun.
