β β β β β I liked this place. Food was fresh and good quality and it was cheap. Now the price went up three times (its 9 bucks for lunch special now) and the quality went down. I used to go here at least once a week, but I guess its time to stop.

No soy sauce no plumb sauce chicken balls are chicken bits and under cooked

β β β β β The owners are nice and friendly, prices are reasonable but I wouldn't call this authentic Chinese food. Hot and sour was very bland, the sweet sour pork was mostly batter, I had to re season all the food. It always seems fairly busy maybe good for non Asian tastebuds?

β β β β β They changed their chicken within the last couple weeks. I've gone here for years but I won't return unless they change it back. Tastes old and stale, and the sauce seemed poured on after instead of cooked on.

β β β β β Food was good before. Been going here for years. Now there are new people running the place and they changed how the food is made and it tastes bad. Will not go here again. I don't recommend this place to anybody.

β β β β β I donβt know what happened to the food here, Iβve been getting takeout from here for at least 10 years. The chicken balls changed and they are gross, i fed them to the dog. The General Tao chicken is nothing like it was. I wonβt be getting food here again.

β β β β β We have been ordering from China Star for years and always enjoyed it. Tonight, we were given the wrong noodles, the spring rolls had an odd flavour we didnβt recognize and we know that Szechuan shrimp is spicy but this was not edible by any of my familyβ¦. it went into the trash. Time to look for a new Chinese take out place.

β β β β β Absolutely phenomenal food! We ordered the lemon chicken, beef with noodles, dumpling soup and chicken tso and it was so delicious! Nothing like I've ever eaten before, it wasn't heavy or full of grease like other Chinese takeout. We had multiple servings and couldn't get enough. Highly recommend!!!
