★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The library is well stocked and staff are very nice but it would be nice if children visiting it were taught not to shout and run wild. Also, having to deal with the the druggie and homeless that surround the library, hence the reason for a security guard inside, is quite intimidating for a library visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is wonderful. I bring my grandchildren there and they love it. I also drop in to make that puzzle there is in process and I have met some nice people there. The staff have gone out of their way to help me. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years to all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chilliwack library is staffed by friendly, helpful people (mostly women) who will open up a second check out the moment they see a line up forming, happily go in search of holds that haven't made it to your pick up shelf yet, and recommend books based on your selections. I feel so fortunate to have access to all of the library's resources and I'm grateful for all the services provided by the kind-hearted people who run it, day in and day out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this is a review for like 20+ years ago. However; it doesn't look like it's changed. My brother and I would come with my mom and have fun at the library. We also like walking around the outside looking at all the animals and stuff.
with that said for small kids I would said it's a great place of both balance of nature outside and fantastic inside. I also like that they still have lots of activities for kids still.
