Childventures Early Learning Academy

My son is our first child, we didn't know exactly what we should be looking for in a daycare center, so we went with Child ventures because my friend sent his son in this daycare. When we first toured the center, we were impressed by their facilities, very unique, clean and FUN! Each room was very bright and designed functional for kids to play. Child ventures offers invaluably detail-oriented, personal attention to each family, and that's something I don't think all daycare centers offer. I feel so fortunate to have Ms. Kim as our mentor when my son started there at 11 months, she was always holding my son to calm him and play with him. I was so proud of his development while in the care of Ms. Kim and his other teachers, my son even started his first crawling and walking in the center! I can truly feel they love and treat the children like they are their own. They do the cutest projects with the children, they teach them songs, they read them books, and many other things that are wonderful for the children. CV's communication with parents is also excellent, especially for those who just started , parent can see their child anytime through the web camera. I always appreciated knowing what was happening and their constant care and updates regarding the children. I would recommend Child ventures to anyone who are looking for quality childcare for your little ones.

My daughter started in the infant program at the Richmond Hill location and is now in the Preschool program. Our experience has been a very positive one. We have seen an improvement in her development in the past few months. She has an extensive vocabulary and loves interacting with her friends and family. The staff at CV is simply amazing!!! They work together as a team. Everyone is warm and welcoming. They are always eager to help and have been supportive during our time at CV. During the pandemic, the staff have exhibited that the health, safety, comfort and well-being of everyone is of the utmost importance. Policies were implemented and regular communication with updates sent. I’m extremely impressed with the measures taken by the staff to ensure that everyone stays safe and healthy. The Centre is a safe and secure environment and has a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. It’s bright and spacious with a variety of activity rooms to keep the kids engaged and entertained. The rooms are equipped with cameras and parents can access the live video feeds for additional comfort. There is also a secure outdoor play area where the kids can get some exercise and enjoy the fresh air. The Centre has an onsite chef who creates healthy breakfast, lunch and snack menus for the kids each day. I am always in total awe of the variety of choices available and let’s just say my daughter eats better than I do. The Hi Mama app is a great tool for keeping parents informed and communicating with the teachers/director. It records the day to day activities, meals, diaper changes, naps, outdoor time, including photos and sends you a finalized report at the end of each day. If you’re looking for a daycare that’s family oriented, safe, secure, clean, and makes learning fun, then I would highly recommend Childventures.

My eldest son was with Childventures since the age of 11 months until he was 4years old at the Vaughan location. My youngest son has just joined the Childventures Richmond Hill’s Toddler program since we’ve moved. With all of the uncertainty going on in today’s world, one thing my husband and I knew for certain was that we were sending our son to a credible, safe and nurturing childcare. Childventures across the board has been a great place for our sons to learn and grow. The teachers are caring and knowledgeable. The facility is incomparable to others with different learning rooms, large classrooms and cleanliness. The on-site chef and diverse menu is great and unlike no other childcare we looked at. Glad we made this decision for our children and hope you do too!

Back in 2012 when we were looking for suitable childcare for my first born, my husband and I checked out a few daycares in our neighborhood. Child Ventures was the last on our list to visit and from the moment we entered, we were blown away. From the biometric security system, the spacious and clean premises, camera systems, to the fresh food being offered, as well as the curriculum, we were left impressed. My eldest spent a few years at CV Richmond Hill, and then moved on to public school. When I had my 2nd child, it just made sense that I would go back to an environment that I was familiar with. With the pandemic things were difficult, but CV made the investments necessary to ensure my child was safe. CV staff ensured that they tweaked their processes based on feedback from parents. Both my kids felt loved, cared for and they will never forget their time at CV and their wonderful educators!

We are so happy that we chose this center for our son. Once you enter center you can feel highest level of professionalism and love to kids. Center gives you access to a special application where educators and parents be in touch and also see details of their child day. Professional approach and patience of educators made our transition period very easy and smooth. Now my baby goes there with a smile on his face?. We love all our teachers, but i have to mention Mona, Jessica and Wafiyah for their kindness and love they show to each child in their group❤️Thank you everyone for all your hard work you do.

Dear Childventures teachers, I am writing this review to extend my warm thanks and appreciation towards you and your school (my son was in your preschool program) for providing impeccable services. I would also like to appreciate Ms. Nancy, Ms. Elly, Ms. Rachel, Mr. Elmond for my child's personalized attention, encouragement, and warm care. It is so comforting as a parent to see that your child doesn't complaint going to the preschool because he enjoys the friendly atmosphere there, especially during the hardest COVID time my son skipped his toddler program and it took really long time to get him to get used to the new people new place, you guys are amazing. Thank you very much! I am extremely thankful to Ms. Nancy and Ms. Elly for taking such good care of my child and making him feel at home! My toddler had an amazing experience at Child Ventures Richmond Hill location, definitely an unforgettable one. The director Melissa always welcomed us with open arms and a smile. She always had encouraging words for my son Giovanni, I will never forget! I would tell everyone he felt 10 feet tall at drop off, and her amazing team facilitated that for him. Melissa’s organization, and leadership skills are unparalleled and it shows in every e mail, interaction with myself, dad, and within the center as a whole! Melissa was always a pleasure to speak with, she made me feel at ease with everything. Taking the time to listen attentively. Dianna was always present at pick up and drop off, to say hello, always looking up and greeting us with a warm smile, and engaging my son. Her communication with us was always cordial, prompt, effective and kind. Giovanni’s teachers demonstrated the same level of care, attention to detail, and understanding. Bailey, and Nassim were instrumental in his growth, and in his time there he grew exponentially, in his language skills, his letters, colour, and number recognition. They facilitated excellent learning experiences he engages in exploratory play, and most importantly to me, his social and emotional well being, and self regulation. I cannot find the right words to describe my feelings to be honest, I feel like I am leaving family behind today… (Had to leave the center due to a move) Bailey and Naseem showed my son so much love. My gratitude for the undivided attention and care he has received is immense. Any time I had any questions I could go to his teachers and also Rosha, or Melissa for clarification, and they always went the extra mile to ensure I felt heard, and Giovanni was receiving the best possible care from his teachers. Even the supply staff is “in house” and they really get to know your child personally. Medina was very loving to my son and very knowledgeable. This team is lucky to have an amazing team of teachers and leaders. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking great quality childcare. My son was extremely happy here, excellent communication, great facilitation of social skills, and open ended educational materials, plus excellent teachers. I love the Hi Mama app, and being able to see him in his classroom interacting with peers and teachers, was icing on the cake for me. I have an Early childhood education background and so my expectations were REAL, and this place exceeded all my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend this center to anyone searching for an amazing school.

Please do not believe half these reviews! My friend used to work here and she told me that staff were hassled to write positive reviews to uplift the company's name. Majority of the staff that wrote reviews drop their own kids off here for convenience purposes and for their discounts and act like they're parents outside the company. First of all, the staff were always unhappy. I don't blame staff because they are paid so less and have lack of support. I remember my friend would constantly ask for support and the mentor at the time, Sadaf, did nothing about it. It got so difficult that majority of the staff quit at once. If you're a parent or someone applying to work at this company, especially this branch, have a look at the amount of new staff replacing old staff. People are quitting for a reason! Unhappy staff with lack of support would definitely result in poor child care.
