★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place for kids to go! The hygienists are so sweet and kind with the kids and Dr. He has such a nice demeanour with both parents and kids alike. My son always looks forward to going to the dentist.. and that should say a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my kid’s filling done a few days ago and I don’t want to recall any part of it. I am sleepless after that visit and I am trying to find another dentist. For just two front teeth filling we waited for one hour and a half without anything done. How did I noticed that? Because when the dentist finally came to do the job, Elsa was frozen in Frozen II. And the charge was over 800 dollars and we need to pay over 500 dollars after my insurance because most items are not covered by insurance and they overcharged. The process was full of screaming and pain. My husband and I have to pin my kid even after they gave her oral sedation and needle. I didn’t expect needle because I was never told about that part. They just told me about oral sedation and not to eat or drink eight hours before the appointment. The environment is very child friendly and they gave little toys to my kid after every visit. But I personally don’t like the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to other Pedodontist offices in Calgary and this clinic has by far surpassed my expectations! As a dental assistant myself, I can say the quality of care was top notch. The office was on time, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and everyone was highly educated in their field. Not to mention the office was bright and fun for my kids and the staff didn’t miss any details in properly explaining treatment plan options. Lots of care and attention in every detail of the visit. Very succinct and thoroughly laid out. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is great. The hygienist who worked on my son was ok. The reason why I have given two stars is because for the second time in two years my son was referred to as SHE. There needs to be some kind of education for the staff so they don’t make blanket assumptions about the gender of people’s kids. What makes somebody think an African kid is female simply because their hair is braided and they look ‘cute’? My son was called SHE last year when I brought him here. Today was the second time. I know Dentists and dental hygienists are trained for the technical delivery of dentistry…but it’s not the delivery of dentistry that makes a dental clinic welcoming and loved, it’s how the staff makes people feel. So when my son is referred to as she on two different occasions by two different people, it leaves me wondering if I should be looking for a new clinic for my son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and myself had a wonderful experience at Children's dental health center. They did take their time to attend my daughter's needs not only professionally and also humanely. I would say I found a place for my daughter to go to for her dental needs.

Dr. Ray is hands down the top dentist my kids have visited and we met a second awesome dentist Dr. Alysha! Our hygienists/assistants always kill it cleaning the babes teeth. Sorry I can’t remember your names! But you’re all amazing. Beat paediatric dental office in the city! And Spruce Grove!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire staff was amazing. The team was prompt and went above and beyond to accommodate a few requests we had regarding COVID-19 precautions. Carmen was so wonderful with my 7 yo. She was patient and playful with him putting him at ease, and his cleaning was quick and painless. She was also great at answering all my questions and had very good suggestions on how to keep those pearly whites looking great. Dr. He was also amazing. He was so calm and personable and very good with my son. He encouraged conversation and distracted him effortlessly when he needed to. My son was actually laughing and was so relaxed. We would definitely recommend this practice, everyone is really great with the kids and parents too. Of course a nice reward at the end of the visit doesn't hurt either. We will definitely keep going to Dr. He and the wonderful staff at Children's Dental Health Centre
