The Midland Midwives who operate out of the office are incredible.
Theres two receptionists who are sweet as pie and the rest are miserable every single time you call in. If you don't want to answer phones and book appointments maybe try another field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to let your patients talk & listen to what they have to say & ask. We're all going through this right now. I just asked to make an phone call/appointment with my nurse practitioner. Not to argue on the phone with you!!! No wonder why you's have such bad reviews. You are a receptionist/whatever else but not a doctor let them tell us whether we can or can't.
