My family and me decided we would order chicken Delight for dinner , 2 people came in and ordered and I waited over 30 mins when the guy told me 20 mins , we usually go to the Chicken Delight on Pembina highway , way better customer service and chicken tastes way better and if it was not for the Pembina location I would give this place 1 star .

I deserved to get ripped off, shame on me for not checking the Google ratings first. This is my first and last experience with this place. I called in my order at 20 minutes to 4 and a miserable sounding person tells me there is no delivery service available until after 4 and to call back. They were open and cooking and could have started my order and had it ready for the driver right?, they did not. Silly me I phoned back at 4 anyway and I specifically told them one of the two pizzas was supposed to be thick crust with extra sauce, easy enough. After 1 hour and a half I was about to phone them and cancel and then my phone rang and the driver said he was lost because his boss gave him the wrong address. Once I opened the pizza boxes I found two very sad looking dried up pieces of cardboard for a pizza on thin crust. These guys charged me $10 more than what I pay for a high quality pizza plus delivery charges. I could have fed my family Delissio for about $13 and we would have been happier. In all honesty this was the nastiest pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Later in the evening I wanted a snack and when I opened the fridge I threw the pizza's in the garbage and had instant noodles instead. I had no idea this restaurant was so bad. I usually get 2 massive Santa Lucia pizza'a delivered for a total of $44 dollars, these guys hit me for $53. I got ripped off. Never again!.

Tried the “Cajun spicy chicken sandwich” It wasn’t that good. They only put a small chicken burger & fill the sandwich with big veggies to make it look like it’s a big chicken sandwich.. it wasn’t spicy at all whatsoever. I wasn’t impressed with it! Won’t be eating from there again

Horrible dinner last night. Chicken was so over cooked or refried it was like rubber! Tasted disgusting. Buns were dry, fries were cold and I swear reheated in a microwave! Cajun wings were okay, gravey too, coleslaw was on the sour side and the color was off. This is the 3rd time I got chicken like this at this location, gave them the benefit of the doubt, however never again. It is obviously an issue at this location to save them money by reheating the food. Use a different location people or a different chicken restaurant all together! A

1 star because you can't put zero, chicken was overcooked and dry and greasy. My first time in a long time going there and the last.

Worst experience I've ever had at chicken delight. Their ham and cheese pizza is our favorite pizza. It's simple but delicious and sooooo good leftover. We have ordered a dozens of times from here and other locations in the city. Today, they sent it out BURNT. It was completely crumbly, and black. WHY WOULD ANYONE SEND OUT A TOTALLY BURNT, INEDIBLE, PIZZA? What sort of nonsense decision was this? Who could have possibly thought this was a good idea? You would seriously rather lose a customer than one cheap pizza?! Now, it's too late to order again because they are probably closed, and I wouldn't trust them anyway. I'll be calling tomorrow to speak with someone in charge, so they can explain what the heck went wrong.
