★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This trail is about 4 kms long and situated in Birds Hill Provincial Park. I walked it early one spring morning, it was very nice. They have a lookout tower, so you can see for miles. It's has a fitting name, as there were so many birds, including chickadees.

Easy, well maintained trail. About a quarter in you will find friendly chickadees. Stay quiet and hold out your hand and they will come. (Someone leaves seed on the post grab some for the birdies to eat from your palm). Absolutely beautiful tree coverage about half way through. Perfect for photos. The trail took me an hour and a half or so? Granted i stopped for photos. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our go to place for a stroll on a weekend afternoon. The watch tower on the trail is the best place to photograph birds from a comfortable position. Chickadee trail is stroller-friendly, which is an added advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well groomed ski trails. Nice distance and terrain for a fairly novice skier. One downhill section adds a bit of fun.
