C	Claude La Rochelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Called to make an order at 7:30, and didn’t receive the pizza until 9:20. When I called in to ask about the pizza, he said it was only 45 minutes since I made the order. when I corrected the clerk on the phone he called me a liar. So I showed the delivery guy that what time we called, and told him what his clerk said, he was astonished. Not impressed with the service. However, the pizza delivery guy “Steve” from the 17th ave location, is super nice, and understanding. Very friendly and made the experience better.

Now their trying to tell me after years of buying pizza here that they don't use the 2 for 1 pizza deal anymore. Ok I'll just go to a branch that does. Enjoy losing business I guess you guys can keep your feet kicked up on the counters watching TV.

The pizza had very minute portions example sliver size green pepper not much cheese, ham instead of back bacon. Crust was over done crunchy and hard. THE portions didnt go to top they ended 1/4 inch or more below the top of crust square. We had to eat the crunchy crust after toppings which was on top. I should of took a picture. There were 3 of us and all I know is it wasnt like deep dish we had before at other locations! BIG difference!
C	Chad Hackett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a medium pizza from Chicago deep dish at 18:20 today. They told us it would take 1hr to get to our location. At 1hr 12mins, we called again to ask about the pizza. The person on the phone assured us it would be there in the next 10 mins or so. That was not the case. After another 30 mins, contacted the line again at which point the representative said to contact him when the pizza had arrived so he would reconcile the delay with a discount. (this is at 19:56 - I'm looking at the cell time log as I type). The pizza arrived at 20:30. The rep was contacted again to which he (I'm sure in his opinion) retained our business with a "whopping" $5.00 discount... ... the bill came to >$40 including said discount. I'm not at all "that guy" and I try to support local whenever possible, but Chicago Deep Dish has made that incredibly difficult. Highly unlikely I'll be ordering from here again since I could have made a round trip to any other local store across town twice in just the time over budget that it took to get here. Pizza's in the oven being rebaked.
s	s e on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thin slice of ham in spots and 3 pieces on pineapple if you're lucky on each piece on the one side of the half and half pizza. The other half meat lovers was 2 think slices of meat. No impressed at all and I even tipped them. Will not order ever again as a long time loyal customer. You would think they would want to keep customers during these times.

Tonight ordered a Mr. Universe Pizza. showed up cold and the dough was RAW. I could have made a loaf of bread out of the RAW dough. the dough was sticky and had the texture of glue, [ like RAW dough].Called the store back right away, the Woman on the phone was combative right away, and told us to bad and did not believe us. and that we would not get a refund. and that I had to deliver the pizza back to them and they would inspect it. That was their return policy LOL. She actually said" she is done with us and hung up the phone" I think she has it wrong "WE" are done with them , it's the last time i will ever order from them period!!!!!. That is not cheese but Raw dough in the photos...
