BBQ out of propane after an evening of BBQ, all door nets were broken or doesn't close properly allowing all mosquitoes in the house, you need to share your stay on Facebook to get the free wifi, dishwasher not working causing minor water build up on the kitchen floor, washrooms wasn't clean. people should think twice before making a booking. Customer service is equally terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for few days but was very disappointed with their service. Mosquito nets were out of order on multiple windows and so was their dishwasher. Their power outlets and bulbs were not working for the only part on the cottage that we wanted to chill at night. Their service wasn't ontime and really whatever we received was poor quality. Don't wanna spend our vacation money in a cottage like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cottage itself is nice BUT very let go. Many small items broken like stools, chairs, sofa is good for garbage and the spa is missing all the neck cushions meaning that only the plastic pins are left and they stick you in the neck if you dare lay your head down.
Also, the parking/private road was such in bad shape that our car got stuck in it and the oil filter was damaged. We called the very first day to tell them about the smaller problems and the parking which mas major and we were told they would take care of it. They never did and never followed through with any kind of follow up.
Very unfortunate but once they have your money you can forget about after sales service. none of the other cottages had such crappy snow removal so its not an issue of too much snow, its an issue that it is not getting the attention it deserves for 300$ a night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Beautiful view. Only issue is we couldn't open the windows as there where no screens even on the patio doors. We were there end of may so there were bugs you don't want to let in. So it got kinda warm and stuffy. I imagine it must be quite hot in the summer months.. There is no air conditioning. Lots of room for big groups. We had a wonderful stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great weekend in a wonderful wood log cottage. The cottage was very well equipped (Comfy beds, spa, sauna, espresso machine…) and looked exactly like all of the pictures- if not better!
Easy booking process and very competitive pricing, I would definitely use them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented the Blue Bear for a weekend. The cottage is conveniently located one hour from Montreal. Check-in instructions were clear and the place was ready at the advertised time. The cottage is air conditioned.
It is advertised for 10. Four bedrooms, two of which have 2 beds, good for kids. Only two bathrooms/showers though. Although the place is very nice, you can see it has been used for many years. The floor is used up and easily accumulates dirt despite the best efforts to clean it.
The terrasse is very nice. We had some trouble starting the BBQ but eventually made it work. Two propane tanks are provided. The spa is very heavily chlorinated to the point of irritating your eyes, but we got used to it after a few hours.
The pool is heated but it only worked for a few hours. We tried calling many times, we eventually got a call back and were told someone would come by the end of the day. In the end, no one came and the issue was never fixed. No one got back at us for this issue and we had a lot of trouble reaching anyone during our whole stay. They also froze $500 on my credit card after our stay for a whole week despite no mention of that in the contract. They did unfreeze it and let me know everything was fine more than 10 days after the end of our stay.
Overall the cottage is very nice and well equipped. Would have been a great stay if everything worked normally. However, at almost $1000 per night, we were very disappointed with the difficulty to talk to someone and the lack of support to fix the issue.
