★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I really appreciate that the classes are bilingual and the instructors really care for your postures. Secondly, you have varieties of class to choose from. Just when you are tired of yoga, there is a Barre Fitness class, when you are tired of being on the dry land, there is SUP class on the water! It is a paradise in summer and a magic snow ball in the winter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who doesn't like to do yoga or a barre fitness on a beautiful deck facing the water, shaded with trees (you won't burn;) hearing the sounds of birds chirping and the little waterfall just right beside! The feeing of you and the nature becoming as ONE! Pascale, the owner, is also a competent instructor but most importantly is that she is so caring and genuine! I really think that is very hard to find nowadays!
