★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place just last year when I moved to the interior! Super friendly staff who are always ready to help find any products if they can! They can try to help get a hold of some things or hold onto things for you if its not possible to make it immediately to pick up a kit or good, been going to them for most things as they are usually the most fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My whole family has been costumers at Chibis for the past 5 or 6 years. The entire family that works there are the most amazing people we have met. They are always incredibly friendly and helpful, and a pure joy to be around. During the pandemic they have continued to provide amazing costumer service, and have been doing an amazing job at keeping the store a safe place to enjoy. Thank you to all of you for everything you do .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I've gone into Chibis its been a super nice experience the staff are always extremely kind and offer to help with anything, many times they've come over on they're own and would help me carry my boxes that I was buying to the till just great service. They have plenty of fun events and draws happening year round which always make it a more fun shopping experience you can even put your name down so that they call you when they get a specific item you want in. I have nothing bad to say about this place and don't understand anyone who does.
It's got incredible staff incredible atmosphere and one of the best prices for licensed goods in all of Canada. Will definitely be shopping there again as soon as my wallet recovers from the last 8 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an awesome store specializing in Anime. There are many items from the Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z and even Sailor Moon, to name a few. There are many hard to find items here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's a great price to shop for collectibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is my happy place. They have an immense selection of figures from all price ranges, tons of gundam, figure-rise model kits, plushies, nendoroids, action figures, and more. I head here anytime i need a pick-me-up. Would highly recommend checking them out as I’ve never seen an anime store like this in interior. Plus, the staff are all super friendly and will order things in for you if you ask! Only thing this store could use is a bigger manga selection, but then again, indigo is right across the street.
