★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for plates on a new vehicle and a package policy. The woman could seem to understand that I had money on my SGI account, and it took about 5 minutes for her to allow me to use that. She also said they were too busy to sell me a package policy. Won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After purchasing a driver's abstract on the advice of one of Cherry Insurance's associates, I found out that the abstract did not go far enough back. Called less than half an hour after the initial purchase to ask to have the abstract encompass more years and they charged me for a second service *despite* the fact that the associate had pressured me to purchase one before she was certain if it was the documentation I needed (it turned out it was, but she had not processed it far enough back because she did not actually make sure that it was the necessary document). Being charged twice for the exact same service was absurd, particularly after the employee encouraged me to purchase before she checked that I was purchasing the correct thing.
The associate was professional during the call, but the managers should train associates to ensure that the correct item is being purchased and if it's not, they should correct that mistake and not charge the customer to correct it for them.
I will not go back and would not recommend Cherry Insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience here with a broker named Michael. My mom was asking him a question and he didn’t seem to understand, so instead he yelled at us in frustration. Worst customer service ever. Would never recommended cherry insurance to anyone. A simple car registration switch and a package policy should not take over an hour (it was not busy) and there were multiple workers. You’re better off at Galon. Do not waste your time here.

A girl helped me the other day and she had to get some help to complete my transaction but she made sure I knew that she was training and that made me feel more at ease. Just want her to know you handled the issue well and the staff member that helped her was very patient with her and walked her through the transaction and I left with a smile!!! Thank you!!! I will be back!!
