Secondly, all the staff was so lovely and the owner Aba was just so amazing and warm with us right off the bat. To top it off, she sent champagne and a gift to my hotel room when she found out that I was getting my nails done for my wedding the next day! I can't sing Chere Mere's praises enough! You should go there!

D	Dave North on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about our experience at Cher-Mere other than stop whatever you are currently doing and run (don't walk!) to their spa for some pampering. Amazing. I booked a couples treatment (massage/Facial and pedicure) for my wife and I while visiting Kingston for a couple of days. My wife is a spa regular but this was my first time having this kind of experience. And what an experience - I felt like Julius Ceasar! Really, Venessa and Sarah were unreal and really did a first rate job in making us feel super relaxed (and chatting to us when we wanted to chat). Special shout out to Rachelle (sp?) too. WHen I called to book, she provided hotel recommendations given we were going to be in town. It's these kind of small details that elevate the "good" to the "great" 11/10. I absoloutly would return if we are in town again. This place is something a little special.

Upon arriving, I asked if the main area of focus could be my back, neck and shoulders. The esthetician said no to this request and shortened my appointment to 25 minutes. Additionally, the esthetician was very unprofessional and not polite throughout the service. There were a number of comments made that made the experience very unenjoyable and not relaxing which was unfortunate as the service itself would have been great otherwise.
