Quality Management Ltd. was established in 1983 as a Canadian owned and operated company. Over the years we have continued to grow and be recognized in the Winnipeg apartment industry as a leader in providing professionally managed multi-unit living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived there for a few years, at the beginning living there was ok but since the new manager came made our lifes difficult. The best part there management does not care about any issue anymore. The amount of stress this place was giving us. We had to move from there asap. I would not recommend this place to anybody trust me this is not a place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance will respond within the hour and will literally fix it within the same couple hours. The management is super professional with an open door to always answer questions and concerns and it is very evident that they maintain this property very well. There are so many examples of how to describe the high level of cleanliness and maintenance that this building provides, highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived there almost 18 months. Management was superb. Maintenance was awesome. Bed bugs are not new for them. New manager was giving me hell a lot of problems while moving out. I have paid for the damages from previous tenants. Deposit refunded after 4 months..deducted more money than agreed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a resident at Chelsea 1 for 8 years. I love my apartment and the buildings maintenance staff are nothing but the finest. They are long term staff of the building. I would give maintenance in the builing 5 stars for sure.. I trhought of moving this year because of the property manager that the company put here a few years ago. She was rude and obnoxious to the residents. So for the first few years we enjoyed it here . Then they switched managers with another of their buildings and then living here was terrable until this year. They gave the building a new manager this year. A very professional and experienced lady. I had decided not to renew my lease this year. But when I heard that they had given us a new manager I decided to stay and try for another year. What a difference this new manager has made. Residents are no longer grumbling about the manager and the builing is cleaner and a number of improvments have been made already. I'm happy that I stayed a resident of Chelsea 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here since 2015 and it’s been great! Management always has their door open for any concerns as well they are fast to help in suite if anything needs attention. Always a security guard around in the evenings to help if need be. The ladies here have so much to manage since the building is 12 floors with many tenants to look after and they definitely do it extremely well. Thank you so much for that! Maintenance is always very friendly and hard working ! The bedrooms are very spacious even for a king size bed. Tenants are great I love my neighbour at the end of the hall ?
I am hoping to add a pet to my lifestyle and unfortunately this place is pet free. It’s been a great place I highly recommend!

And they don't know moved here 4 months ago and been parking at my assigned stall since then and after 4 months today they left note to tow away on my truck that its not my spot. After talking to management found out that stall is assigned to someone else. So they clearly don't know what they are doing
