Ne voulant plus de ces bottes, j'ai testé la fermeture des bottes en démo et les ai trouvé très rough. Je me suis dite qu'elles allaient briser elles aussi. Le commis m'a fait comprendre de manière très condescendante que c'était les mêmes bottes ou rien. J'ai offert de prendre quelque chose de moins chers - qu'ils gardent la différence. Mais non, c'était peine perdue. J'ai fait une plainte à Yellow et on m'a confirmé que c'était leur politique. Ils ont perdu une cliente et toutes les personnes qui me parleront qu'ils pensaient peut-être un jour y aller. After wearing my boots for two days, the zipper broke. I went to the store with an invoice and I was refused a refund. No longer wanting these boots, I tested the closure of the boots in demo and found them very rough. I thought they were going to break too. The clerk made me very condescending to understand that it was the same boots or nothing. I offered to take something cheaper - let them keep the difference. But no, it was useless. I made a complaint to Yellow and I was confirmed that it was their policy. They lost a client and all the people who will talk to me that they may have thought of going there one day.

On porte un masque, on se lave les mains, mais c'est interdit de toucher la marchandise. On doit apporter notre boîte à soulier et la jeter dehors...Employée déplaisante... P	Pablo juarez cortes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire magasin que je suis allé, je comprends qu'on est en période de pandémie mais on peut même pas toucher au soulier, alors on ne peut pas savoir le prix sans demander au personnel que soit dit en passant sont 2 sur le plancher pour aider tout le monde. Au yellow vaudreuil Dorion je suis allé acheter des souliers en juin lors de l'ouverture pendant la première vague et je pouvais toucher voir sa l'aire de quoi le souliers. On dit d'encourager l'achat local or je crois que se mieux l'acheter chez Amazone au moins on n'a pas à attendre et si on l'aime pas on peut le retourner en tout confort de la maison. Changer votre politique sa va vous aider je suis persuadé. Worst store I have been to, I understand that we are in a pandemic period but we can't even touch the shoe, so we can't know the price without asking the staff that by the way are 2 on the floor to help everybody. At the yellow vaudreuil Dorion I went to buy shoes in June during the opening during the first wave and I could touch and see the area where the shoes were made. They say to encourage local buying, but I think it's better to buy it from Amazon at least we don't have to wait and if we don't like it we can return it in the comfort of home. Changing your policy will help you, I am sure.

It is impossible to shop at Yellow in chateauguay where you can't touch anything, you have to rely on employees to touch the shoe for you. I understand following public guidelines, wearing mask, waiting in line, however it does not make sense having to call on the 1 worker in the store to show you the price, size, or read product details every time you want to look at a shoe. JUST CLOSE DOWN UNTIL YOU CAN FIGURE HOW TO OPERATE IN THIS PANDEMIC.
