★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this chatters location for years now. It wasn’t until recently I got to sit down with Ivana and start my hair journey. I had black box dyed hair for a while and we are bringing back lighter hair for the summer and for my wedding.
I have been so impressed with Ivana in every way in my 2 visits. Not only is she extremely talented, but the conversation is always great and she does a fantastic job. She puts the health of my hair first, so after bleach my hair feels the exact same as before, and also looks beautiful. I couldnt recommend her more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing that I didn't like was hearing other hair dressers talk rudely about their clients behind their backs. The second was when my hairdresser couldn't achieve the colour I wanted halfway through coloring my hair (even though every other hairdresser I go to can do it). Not only did she realize halfway through but instead of telling me she cant do it, she sent her manager to me who aggressively demanded I get a different colour. I'm pretty easy going if somebody can't do something that's fine but hair dressers should know their skills before starting hair and managers shouldn't try to bully clients based on their hairdressers inexperience. Will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a haircut for medium length hair and a root touch up and was quoted $168 at the time of booking. The stylist did not listen to what I said I wanted and cut my hair to her liking, changed my cut to a short haircut which should have been less expensive, yet the total I was charged somehow came out to $228.! Then I get a client satisfaction survey at which time I express my sis satisfaction and the reasons why and there's radio silence. No customer service no follow up. I will not be returning to this establishment. And I do not recommend it to others.
