I have been using Acceo Smart Vendor for just over a year. Customer service is amazing - quick response time and solutions provided every time, no matter what my request is. I definitely recommend Acceo to anyone looking for a new POS system.

Just wanted to send a note expressing how wonderful your Support Staff has been through this first year at Flip Your Closet. They are always available, helpful, courteous and incredibly thorough. Never have I waited more than 1 hour for a return phone call, reviewed many times whatever changes were done and then a thorough follow up email afterwards as a reference aid for me. Never have I received such consistently amazing service, and I would say that Iโ€™ve had a career in customer service so not only live it but observe wherever I go and Acceo is sensational. Not only do they โ€œFixโ€ things but they also take the time to understand my concerns/asks and then provide best method / create shortcuts , custom reports etc etc. Absolutely Amazing!!

Smart Vendor is the BEST!! I had been managing health food stores for around 8 years and smart vendor was always used so no shocker that when I decided to open my own business Smart Vendor was to the rescue!! It has 20 times the features as other POS systems and I can generate any report in any fashion that I would like. I have seen other systems that have costed over $10,000 and not been able to do 1/4 of the things that smart vendor can do. The support is great, always happy to help. Willing to help out wherever they can. We have the first all naturals drive thru in all of Canada and smart vendor was able to accommodate that, which most systems can't. Would strongly recommend smart vendor to all small business owners. Best choice I have made :)

Bordering on being a scam. $350/hour for technical service unless you pay for their yearly 'Subscription'. Just a money grab, go with a different company.

Been using Smart Vendor POS for almost ten years for my drum shop (Drumland) and we are very happy with the software. The technical and sale support are top notch. The 360 e-commerce integration has helped elevate our online presence and increased our revenue. Highly recommended!

I have been using Smart Vendor for several years. We use it for multiple locations with a Head Office link. Last October we switched over to LIVE quantity on hand, and to this day, almost 1 year later none of the live quantities are working properly. I have been told for months now that they are adjusting the program so that it will update Head office (as it was supposed to). I work with this program through a Montreal based office, with service calls based in Montreal. The lack of communication has been unacceptable. I have left several support messages through the Markham office and have never heard back from them. The program itself, for one store, is functional and reliable. If you are looking to run several locations with a system that polls back to Head office, and if you want to use that Head office to generate purchase orders....you will not get much support when things go wrong. 11 months....and I am still looking at the same problem...my purchase order quantities do not match my store quantities and nobody has taken the time to discuss with me when this will be fixed. Very disappointed in the lack of service and the lack of communication. 10 months later, still nobody from Markham has contacted me and STILL we do not have live quantities on purchase orders, nor are the sales polled over night for some unknown reason. System lags, have asked that we clear down some of my old data to free up space, and my last paid is showing up on purchase orders instead of my current costs. As I mentioned before one store operations work well, Head office and multi stores can be a nightmare and service....well in 10 months, after sending emails, calling, leaving messages I have never had a reply from ACCEO in Markham and the Montreal office that services me says they are waiting on Toronto to find a fix for the problems. Last week my office could not use the system for 2.5days while Montreal tried to get the polling and numbers all back on line. Costly and frustrating to say the least. After 1.5 years and no solution and all the time and money we have invested in this company I find it very negligent on their part to not reach out and help. I know the system inside out and over the years have helped them to fix many bugs that existed, it would be nice to have some respect towards the fact that myself and my colleagues face frustrations on a weekly basis.

The program itself is good. The customer service is not! I wouldn't recommend this company because they've left me stranded for hours multiple times without being able to check in customers. Every time they call they do fix it but it'll happen again a few weeks later, this is hurting my business. I feel stuck with them now but I would tell others to avoid!!!
