About Chateau Flooring Inc
In December of 2011, Chateau Flooring Inc. opened it's doors to the world. With the goal of becoming the best flooring product and service provider for the Airdrie, Calgary and Rocky View area, our team's work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction was, and continues to be, outstanding.
It's as simple as this, we want the best! This means while we are able to offer an extensive range of flooring products and services, we still choose to be very selective with our products and installers. In addition to the manufacturer product warranties we also offer an additional 1-year installation warranty on projects that we install (at no extra charge). This gives you an added piece of mind in knowing that we believe that our installations should stand the test of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service I have ever received from a flooring store and I have renovated a few homes, everyone was friendly and interested in my project, very knowledgeable, and helpful with helping me select the right product and quality of product for my home. The pricing was fair (I have learned you do get what you pay for) quality of finished project was exceptional. I purchased new carpet and also updated my bathroom tile and kitchen and fireplace tiles. I’ll be developing my basement soon and will definitely be going back to take a closer look at the vinyl planks. Great selections, great service, caring staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Love Love my new look for my house.We decided to renovate our 2 upper levels during Covid since there wasn’t much else to do and Wendy and her crew were AMAZING! Wendy has such an amazing eye for detail and colour schemes and patterns. She helped us pick out everything and I absolutely LOVE my new carpet, new vinyl flooring and backsplash! Highly recommend CHATEAU FLOORING!!

I contacted Chateau Flooring. A design expert arrived, told me my options, measured, took pictures of my furniture then, returned later with the perfect sample. After accepting the quote, she organized the installation and told me the names of a great painter for touch ups after the install!
They are extremely efficient and the workmanship was flawless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had a great selection and were able to arrange an installer with a short lead time. They were a bot slow to respond ,but to be fair this is in the middle of Covid and they may of been a bit overloaded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband Jim and I had our flooring replaced on our main and upper floors about 15 months ago. We worked with Wendy who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a great looking finished product that fit our budget and needs.
One of our concerns was changing the carpet on the stairs with an easier to clean and maintain floor covering. Wendy had a great solution for us with custom made LVT stair covering. She contracted Jeremy to handle our installation of our LVT as he had experience with this type of project. We were extremely happy with the work that Jeremy and his crew did and the results were fabulous. We were even able to continue to stay in our home while the installation was done.
The carpet in the three upper bedrooms was completed in half a day and we were very pleased.
We continue to get great service from chateau flooring to remedy some small expected issues. We would recommend Wendy and her team to anyone who is looking to change or update flooring in their home.

were very professional and helpful. A special thanks to Marco who provided me with excellent advice about the vinyl tile I chose for the kitchen and the carpet for the living room and bedroom. Jeremy was meticulous installing the vinyl tiles and the two carpet installers did a great job. I would highly recommend Chateau Flooring to anyone looking for fast and efficient service as well as reasonable prices.
