Without any doubt in my mind the potential for seniors to be happy here is extremely high. Social programming activity and amenities are top notch and in and through this Covid19 era the residents are receiving care above and beyond any previous standard with no outbreak. Kudos!
The management and staff have created the safe and caring environment to give me confidence this is the right place for my family. Highly recommended, thanks to ALL the workers for raising the bar.

We as a family have been extremely pleased to call this home for our father this past year..

As difficult it was to be in complete lockdown in 2020, I commend the staff for continuing to maintain a safe environment for all the residents..

They are enjoying the delicious meals, the activities, and entertainment. They have met other residents and are developing new relationships.
The staff have been friendly and responsive. Management has encouraged them to let them know if there are any issues to be addressed.
Collegiate Heights, although not perfect, does strive to meet the varying needs and expectations of their residents.
I am grateful that my parents feel safe, are engaged, and able to live comfortably without the responsibility of meal preparation and property maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful to have Collegiate Heights for my mother. My first experience with the staff and residence was several years ago when my mother was recovering from a stroke. She made a full recovery and was living independently. However, recently my mother was struggling with daily activities and her quality of life was suffering. As a family we were getting increasingly concerned. My mother agreed she needed more help. The entire staff at Collegiate Heights are so welcoming and the amenities are outstanding. Within a few weeks my mother's strength returned and she is now enjoying short walks around the gardens and reading in the library. As a caregiver, it has been such a relief to know she has round the clock support when she needs it. To have peace of mind for my mother's health and safety is priceless.

I am a Pilates teacher and fitness professional and host a Chair Pilates class weekly for the residents. Each time I arrive I am greeted with kindness and a friendly smile from the staff. Many great changes to the menus! Bringing much flavor and detail to the tables. Friendly staff always making sure your meal is to your liking.
The chef jumps over hoops to make sure the residents are heard and their thoughts and wants are taken in great consideration.
The residents seem to love the idea of bringing in a family recipe of their own, that can get added to the menu to share with their peers. What a sweet touch x
