I really liked the apartment (spacious, clean, bug free, and well priced) and it was so close to downtown (just stay off Bethune and you will be fine). There were a lot of "interesting" characters in this building though. It was a weird mix of students, families, and some rougher residents (drug dealers and partiers). Unfortunately, I had a drug dealer across the hall. Once they got busted, things were great! I miss it here.
