La femme qui était derrière la caisse écoutait un film avec le son très élevé et elle n'a lever la tête qu'au moment ou j'ai voulu payer. J'ai tellement eu l'impression que je la dérangeait que je me suis senti mal à l'aise tout le temps ou je me susi trouver dans le magasin.
 The books are in a mess and placed in ways to spoil them. The woman who was behind the till was listening to a film with very high sound and she only looked up when I wanted to pay. I felt so much that I was bothering her that I felt uncomfortable all the time or I suspected I was in the store.

Lots of good books at a reasonable price.
Also for toddlers, my two grandsons living in Seattle, love their books in French with their mom who teaches them.
I would spend hours in the Bouquiniere
without getting bored. The owner is super charming and helps you in all your research.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service et grande variété de livres. Aucunement dispendieux. À ma dernière visite, je suis sortie de la boutique avec deux boites remplis de livres, que j’ai du traîner avec un diable (prêté par la propriétaire) jusqu’à la voiture. J’ai hâte d’y retourner.
Excellent service and wide variety of books. Not at all expensive. On my last visit, I left the shop with two boxes full of books, which I had to drag with a hand truck (loaned by the owner) to the car. I can not wait to return to.
