J'avais besoin de renseigments sur les pre-post voyage et on m'a repondu tres clairement au mieux de leurs connaisances.Meme si elle savais tres bien que je n'appelais pas pour acheter un forfait. Vraiment bonne 1ere impression !!!

I needed information on the pre-post trip and they answered me very clearly to the best of their knowledge. Even if she knew very well that I was not calling to buy a package. Really good 1st impression!!!
