★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to drop off empties, poor signage to show which door to go to. I knocked on the door with no answer. I then opened the door and there was atleast three employees just standing around talking. I dropped off my empties (with no help from them) and the female employee working the till never even talked to me and just handed me a receipt for my refund. I asked if I could go threw the back to get more beer and all of them just looked at each other like they were lost. Seemed to be alittle rude staff really never answered so I walked back out the back and drove around to the front. Not happy with this visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove all the way across town to check them out for their customer appreciation day. Got there about 5 and nothing was happening. No samples or hotdogs or giveaways. No updates on their facebook or instagrams either saying it was cancelled.
They do have some items there that you wouldn't find at the LC but what I was looking for was sold out. I would still just go to the LC after this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gigantic selection of craft and standard beer. Many other raddlers, seltzers and mixed canned drinks avalible as well. The nice part is the huge walk in fridge and other cool shelves that keep almost their entire inventory cold. Being open as late as they are is also great ad well.

Although his postal code was out of their delivery jurisdiction, he went out of his way and organized the delivery anyhow. Thank you Rick for making my brothers day a special one - we had a cheers in your honor via FaceTime. I can’t express my appreciation. Top top top fella!! All the best for you Rick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location in charleswood.lot of parking spots available.huge variety is available. I love the drive thru concept too.it is very convenient. They have dedicated stalls and door available for recycling. Very convenient. I like this store over other beer vendors coz of these things. Customer service is not bad.
