★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, I just called to inquire about new patient referral, and the secretary was very unprofessional with no understanding of costumer service.. pretty much hung up on me in the middle of my questions and new nothing about the doctors she is representing.. very much lack of empathy and just talking to her made me never want to recieve support from any of these people..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the Charles Clark Health Clinic multiple times to see my Doctor, S. Makhdoom. The clinic is warm and inviting, offering a small bakery/coffee shop on the main floor, and it is easy to navigate to the second floor where the clinic is from the elevator or the stairs.
The clinic is clean with lots of seating, magazines, and beautiful local art pieces are featured everywhere.
The front desk staff always says hello and check you in promptly, and a nurse/staff greets you and accompanies you to a waiting room when ready.
I've never had to wait long, and I have always felt more than comfortable asking and answering questions with the team of doctors and never felt rushed or dismissed. Dr. Makhdoom is always listening when I'm asking questions and will follow-up with anything that was discussed in previous visits.
Prescriptions are written and then printed at separate desk on your way out, creating privacy from the waiting area, and they always double check your preferred pharmacy for pick-up convenience.
My partner is now a patient of the clinic as well and I look forward to using them for all of our future needs.

Dr. Rapske is the only doctor in 20 years that really took the time and effort (this was a huge process) and figured out what the issue was. Then he was willing to really fix it rather than bandaid it like Doctors in my past. He has honestly saved my life!
This team is so personable and attentive. His assistant Kristen is amazing and always patient. Receptionist is so calming and friendly. I would drive hours just to see them! You won’t find better care!

I suffered traumatic events that happened as a result of trusting my physical and mental health to my doctor and the Psychologist she recommended for myself, my husband and daughter. I no longer trust doctors because of what I experienced here. The receptionist is very rude. I recommend any other clinic.
