My wife and I had been casually looking for some time for a place we liked for the time we no longer wanted the work of maintaining a home with a pool. We discovered this condo she was showing that met all our needs and wants . Although not really expecting to move this early we decided to make and offer. Charlene was able to recommend a home inspector, financing contacts if we needed it, and a lawyer, When we were ready to finalize the deal she gathered all of us in one location , in different rooms , with the sellers. She negotiated back and forth fairly with both parties and we came to a deal within a couple hours including handling all the required paper work. It was quite an efficient way to do this, and less stressful than going back and forth over several days . We then met with the sellers, and have actually maintained occasional contact with them for several years now. Charlene has also maintained periodic contact and friendship with us ever since, We would be pleased to use her again if we ever decided it was tine for us to sell.

Charlene didn’t sell me a house, however she was my landlord for a year and I can easily say she was the best landlord I’ve ever had. She’s helpful, accommodating, and just an all around pleasure to be around. To whoever is looking for a house, just know you will be in great hands. I strongly recommend!
