Our landlords are selling the property we live in at the Blackstone Condominiums in Waterloo and they have chosen to work with Drew. He has no tolerance for patience and has yelled at us on the phone, throwing multiple unjustified attempts at insults our way. He is unwilling to answer questions without first taking a breath to level his head. This is very unfortunate for both Becky and Drew to have created such an awful relationship with myself and my partner as we will be entering the real estate market in the next year. We have family and close friends who are investors, home owners, business owners, and first time home buyers. Like Becky, I have grown up in this area and my grandparents come from the mennonite areas in Elmira and St. Jacob’s. My family has been around to see the Kitchener-Waterloo area grow from the tiny city of Berlin, that the area once was. Drew and Becky can consider this a massive loss of business on their behalf as we have many ties, both family and friends in the communities they sell in. This team’s motto is “time is money, and our time is more valuable than yours will ever be.” Do not work with them unless you enjoy a throbbing headache. Pick a realtor who demonstrates characteristics that you value instead. No one should ever speak to other’s the way Drew has spoken to us. Put your money elsewhere.
