They're known for their variety of housemade cheesecakes and bubble teas, but come on by and check out the other offerings on their menu. Numerous sandwich and soup options (they have up to six soups on menu-all fresh made!)
We tried their Charisma Clubhouse and fresh mushroom soup.... So good! Finished with their white chocolate matcha cheesecake which was absolutely divine. Very friendly staff and a nice cozy room should see this gem more busy. Let's let the secret out - go to Charisma!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite staff and amazing atmosphere. Very delicious and creative food designs. Everything looked brand new and clean. I love the taste of food. Very well cooked waffle and creatively prepared fruit. Highly recommended but it’s not the cheapest place but if you have cravings for waffle, ice cream, fruit, or bubble tea, it’s definitely your best place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing new cafe that I visited during their soft opening. Charisma cafe has a huge selection of drinks and desert options including bubble tea, coffee's, milk tea, milk shakes, scones, cheesecake and many more. Seriously the menu is huge!
I had an espresso in milk tea called Shot in the Gold and a slice of both dark chocolate raspberry cheesecake and match cheesecake. All 3 of which were phenomenal!
This place is warm and comfortable with a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my first visit and will be back very soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given that the restaurant is visibly under renovation, they should reduce their menu since any food that requires a kitchen takes half an hour to make.
Edit:
It took an hour for two sandwiches that totalled $50+ which made my partner sick. :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extensive menu of snacks and drinks. A hidden gem close to the Stadium Chinatown SkyTrain station. Yummy cheesecakes too! Next trip, we'll look to get a massage across the street at Barefoot Oasis, do some grocery shopping at T&T next door, then end the day with cheesecake and bubble tea! Might be worth checking out the alcoholic bubble tea too!
