β β β β β Chapters in Kamloops is bright, clean, warm, friendly, and as quiet as a library even though there are always plenty of customers throughout. It smells of new books and also, in some parts of the store, of coffee from the Starbucks within. Staff are easy to approach, welcoming, and ever so helpful.
Although I enjoy looking at the neatly displayed books, gifts, and clothing, the heavy wood and glass entry doors moved me with their beauty and so I share the picture I snapped of them.

β β β β β Always enjoy shopping here. Their non-book inventory is always pretty pricey. But the selection of products is good and the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

β β β β β Well organized have most of the books you would need. In addition have variety of different items .. gift ideas ..kids toys etc.
Staff is friendly and you can pre order online to just pickup at the store.

β β β β β I really like the amount of variety, and it had some cool highlights, including a couple shelves highlighting indigenous and asian voices in kids books. The pricing is usually outside my budget, and there seems to be a focus lately on mass produced luxury home goods which I find meh, but that's personal preference.
