★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST. After management has changed this is the worst place to do any event, they were so rude, used inappropriate language with guests absolutely horrendous. They picked up chairs while guests were eating, food was disgusting, bathrooms were in terrible condition the list goes on. Honestly avoid this hall at all costs, Chandni is not the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of the most horrible experiences we've ever had! Disgusting food, dirty washrooms, rude management, and profanities used towards guests. Not ever going to have any event here. Please go elsewhere, this place is not worth it!

The management have turned this place into a low class venue. They double book, serve cold food with hair in it!
We experienced people shouting at us, swearing at us just because of management's error!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointing! Management has changed and the way they treated our event was absolutely terrible! This has never happened to any one of my banquet hall parties. Management was making threats, swearing at guests absolutely disgusting. The list truly goes on all I can say is avoid this hall at all costs, book Versailles, Red Rose, Grand Embassy, Bombay Palace anything BUT CHANDNI!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! Ever since the change in management, they have treated clients very unprofessionally. They had double booked parties on the same night and instead of accommodating the guests/clients they breached their contract and kicked us out. We had booked this hall 2 years ago yet we were treated disrespectfully the day of the party. Very dirty washrooms & floors, and unprofessional staff. Never coming back here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management behaves like goons. They misbehave with their clients and are very rude. We booked this place two years ago for a certain time. At the start of event they threatened us to leave the place two hours earlier before the scheduled time which was already stated in the contract.
They called a team of bouncers, goons near the end of our event time and started threatening us. The person who booked the place for us (Sunny) never showed up and stepped back.
Their bathrooms were extremely unclean. Food serving was also mismanaged.
I would say not to book this place of goons for any event. You would definitely risk yours and your guest's life!
