I just wanted to share our horrible experience, hopefully you can use this feedback towards improving your services. Our check-in was great, but as soon as we walked in, a lot of the dishes were still dirty, the sheets on the beds were not clean and the room was a mess. During the 2nd day of our stay, I received a message saying that I would need to make a security deposit, which was not mentioned online. Also, the owner of the chalet arrived to remove and reinstall cameras, which was an invasion of our privacy. I rented the chalet for my Fiancée and I, but this really made us uncomfortable since the man made awkward comments too. This created an unnecessary stress for us because we didn't know who would come by or when they would come by. The camera was also pointing directly towards the hot tub which is EXTREMELY creepy, someone could be watching us in the hot tub and that's disgusting. You can simply install cameras in the front towards the parking and that would be sufficient. Afterwards, we were charged 150$ for 'cleaning fees' but you expect us to do the laundry, clean dishes and everything else. Which is ridiculous. This created a stress too, since our check-out day was just a huge worry to make sure everything was in order. There were also things that you said would be available (playstation, internet, cell network), none of which were available, but that's understandable due to the location. But the brutal invasion of privacy is just unacceptable. This is not an experience that we would like to relive or that we recommend to anyone. It's not something we will be doing with your business again, but we hope you can use this to offer a better experience to others. Have a great day & enjoy your week!

Amazing modern chalet. Very relaxing and peaceful. It is a gorgeous place, and essentially right on the water. The kayaks and the paddleboat were enjoyable. The jacuzzi was a little piece of heaven. We had a great time, around the fire pit. Highly recommend.
