★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my taxes done for the last 4 years with this company (Rob did them). Full of mistakes, not addressing my emails of concerns and I would NOT recommend this company whatsoever. I paid $750+HST each year for my personal taxes and all they caused me are problems with the CRA.
DONT GO TO ROB or THIS COMPANY. If I could give a 0 rating, I would!!!!!! Thanks a lot for messing up my taxes!

Staff are courtesy, prompt & professional. Only ever had one issue, & they dealt with it in the best possible manner.
I'd recommend anyone reading this to get in touch with them, money well invested with the team there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they were recommended by a colleague , worst ever service - on the first time with them i was audited by cra (because of accounting mistakes), countless mistakes, huge fees ,a lot of miscommunication - not recommended at all !!! . there is only one nice person - Rachel Giaconelli, the rest dont care about the client .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Horrible experience. Do not recommend. I had some medical expenses to claim on my 2020 return that were also partially from 2019 as well. First red flag was when Duncan was impatient and tried to rush me through the process instead of sitting with me to figure out the best route to take to maximize my returns given these unclaimed expenses. He huffed at the thought of having to input numbers into the system as if I was asking him to perform an extrmeely unreasonable and offensive task....while being an accountant! When I asked if he could help me re-file my 2019 taxes to include the medical expenses (which were in the thousands) as it logically made the most sense, he responded by saying that he could but that it's ""tedious"" work and that right now his priority is not me, but his small business owner clients. Then he tried to push ahead with filing my 2020 just to get it over with. His tone went from friendly to rude and annoyed immediately upon realizing that I knew my stuff and wasn't going to let him rush me out so he could make his $$ off me. When I finally decided that this wasn't the best place for me to file my returns, as I wasn't getting the assistance I needed, he demanded I pay him $200 for ""wasting his time"". Even though HE is the one who refused to assist me in filing my returns. This was all in the span of less than 10 minutes!!
Extremely rude, unprofessional and horrible service. I will be telling everyone I know to not go here. Stop taking advantage of innocent peope who don't understand taxes."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST COMPANY EVER. Rob Chhaggares just interested in making money. Very poor service and charges exorbitant rates. For a fee of nearly 2400$ I would expect them to inform me about the due dates of all remittances to CRA on time and for the correct amount. Now, as per the CRA assessment I owe them about $1000 corporate taxes since I had not made the payment in time. Rob and his team did not even inform me that this amount was due at the specified date. They don't invest time in explaining things to you and for the fees they charge the services they render is very little and poor quality. Better avoid this company to prevent financial loss and headaches.
