M	Meharvan Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, advice never visit. They try to sell expensive stuff to people only to make commissions. They sell me two lines on bell. Expensive!!!! Yet they charged me higher bill every time than usual price that they offered. It’s been seven months they haven’t yet resolved my issue. Now the bell put more amount on my bank trans union for credit that i not supposed to pay them. Instead of resolving it they escalate my matter by giving excuses. They didn’t give me any refund for the upside but payment that i should not supposed to pay them. Every time they says their district manager resolving it but i still haven’t yet resolved it’s been seven months. I advise never visit them nor buy any product. Shame shame shame on their service.!!!!!!
L	Leah Rhodd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mall is clean and close by Hwy so it is easily identifiable but some accessibility issues as one of the escalators where not operational which lead to one half of the mall. I went to many stores and the majority of workers were not friendly; however, there is a great selection of retail stores and food options.

If this is the way you act at home don't come to Lime Ridge. It's people like you who make it not a nice place for others to come and enjoy themselves. I just wish they had more security to watch the people that come and make it impossible for other people to enjoy themselves. So I say to security keep up the good work. I know it's hard to do when you're short stuff.

O	Ode Depths on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since I was little I loved this place, it holds a special place in my heart. It's especially beautiful around Christmas time with all the lights, and decorations. It makes up for the Christmas rush. The layout is a bit confusing at first, but they do have maps to help you get around! I wish there were a couple more bathrooms, but other then that Lime ridge is very clean, and definitely a place to go to in your spare time.
V	Vandana Lalwani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall has a variety of outlets ranging from apparals, food, electronic, home decor, etc. It's mostly crowded and that's why I only go when I need to as it's still pandemic. There are sanitizing stations at a lot of places, washrooms are clean, a lot of parking spaces, no lineups ( I was there on Feb 21) and the food court too had a lot of variety of foods. The navigation in the mall is easy and they also have interesting strollers for babies.

Great variety of places for all ages. Only place in Hamilton that has all your favourite shops all under one roof and not individual stores as a box mall.
