★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you think you have any asbestos, or just an older house and aren't sure, Certified is a great company to use for testing/removal. Timely and easy to engage. I don't like chasing after service companies to get work done, Peter and his team were quick to get back to me and demonstrated the customer comes first, I like it. Turns out our house didn't have asbestos, which was great to hear. I would recommend hiring them anytime.

We've contacted 2 other companies and Certified Asbestos was the most responsive and willing to accommodate the small job we wanted despite their busy schedule. James clearly explained the entire process over the phone and answered all my questions. We had to make a few changes to the plan we had and they were ok with it. Dawit, the technician did a very good job with the removal and clean-up. Will definitely use their services again for our next projects as we still have asbestos in other areas of the house.

All the folks we met through this company were competent, caring and very courteous from the initial quote to payment of the invoice. There was a bit of a juggling act to get this completed during COVID with the scheduling however it all came together and they were very accommodating to make sure our needs were met and to give us the confidence this would be taken care of. We were very pleased.

He was able to explain the quote and explain why and what we are being charged for.
