★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai découvert le jeûne à Val-Santé (juin 2020). Des gens compétents et attentionnés, qui nous font sentir en sécurité. Parmi les différents bienfaits, j'ai notamment perdu plusieurs kilos d'embonpoint (ça faisait 10 ans que j'essayais de perdre du poids, en vain) et j'ai développé de meilleures habitudes alimentaires. Très belle découverte! J'y retourne pour une troisième fois en avril 2021.
I discovered fasting in Val-Santé (June 2020). Competent and caring people who make us feel safe. Among the various benefits, I notably lost several pounds of overweight (I had been trying to lose weight for 10 years, in vain) and I developed better eating habits. Very nice discovery! I am going back for a third time in April 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait tellement du bien à notre système,le jeune a l'eau répare notre corps..depuis au moins 10 ans je ne peux m'en passer...Vous pouvez commencer par essayer 7 jours, vous verrez par la suite votre besoin.
Vous pouvez aussi faire une cure aux jus...

It is so good for our system, the young water repairs our body ... for at least 10 years I can not do without ... You can start by trying 7 days, you will see your need later .
You can also do a juice cure ...

I did a 7 day fast there. Not easy but a great place in nature with proper supervision and a serene atmosphere.
