Start phoning at 6h45. unable to get an appointment but you have to type in all information before they say that there is no place. The website's security certificate is out of date. This is just a gimmick to get you to spend 15$ for an appointment.

If i could give 0 star i would i hope the people working there dont think they are useful because they are not , you cant take appointment , they will never call you back and the more sick you get the more they will ignore you, terrible place , there is a special place for people working there.

Ummmm how is it possible for everything to have been booked when I sit there looking at the clock and have all my info typed in ready to make an appt at 7 am? I've tried 2 times now to make an appt and it says nothing is available for the day. Oh, but they do offer appt in Montreal if you pay 17 bucks. Nice! Thanks!

Try to get appointment in mini clinic. Can't take me What a waste of time and tax payers money Tried their website. Never got past my typing in my Medicare card number. It's outdated and doesn't work. At 7:09 am the automated system said it couldn't take me .....

Worst service I have ever received! I contacted the above-noted clinic to obtain a walk-in appointment for my husband and was directed to call their 'medi soleil bonjour santé' phone line. I did so and then as offered, received a text message to 'register' my husband for an appointment. At the first step, the system asked me for his health card number. Since we are new to Quebec and do not have our Quebec Health Cards, I could not continue. I then called the clinic back and was advised to 'use someone else's 'Carte Soleil' to get an appointment'. When I told her that this is illegal, she replied "when you get to the clinic you just tell us that you used someone else's card to get the appointment and then we update the file with your card". Again, this is illegal! It is considered fraud to use someone else's identification, even if only to get an appointment. I told the lady on the phone this and that I would make a complaint. She then went on to say that this is not the first time that she or anyone else in the office had made this recommendation and that it is common and the only way to obtain an appointment. My concern is this: with the increasing problem with personal identification fraud that is happening, how can a government employee possibly tell a new client to commit this type of crime and then tell them that it is common practice. She told me that I did not understand what she was trying to tell me. I reminded her that this is fraud and that people are not allowed to use someone else's identity, even "just to book an appointment because the system won't allow you to book one otherwise".
