β β β β β Rated as Durham college deserves, they endorce drunk driving, food and services at this school are terrible, if I had a choice to do it again I wouldnt be at Durham college, biggest waste of money I have ever made.

β β β β β The horticulture - food and farming program at Durham College is still in its infancy (major stress on that, be ready to be a guinea pig!) lots of room for improvement and growth.
I would recommend this program for people wanting to learn how to grow their own vegetable and fruit garden, learn basic principles of food chemistry and get acquainted with the rules and regulations set in place for Agriculture in Ontario.

β β β β β A fine dining experience worth every penny. Well...it might be dollars...but these are the future master chefs, why not encourage them. Farm to table when possible (I didnβt see any Calamari trees)...so fresh ingredients. Calamari was perfectly cooked with an awesome sauce. I had the sirloin which was cooked a little more than what I expect from medium rare but it tasted great. The burger was out of this world. Since space doesnβt have cows...I assume you should not take this literally.
Great experience all around.
