Mon père qui as des difficultés à communiquer en français, un homme âgé, a du subir du racisme de votre part car il ne comprenais pas votre question. Suffit d'avoir unpeu de patience mais à la place votre réaction envers lui démontre votre "belle éducation" envers les personnes n'ayant pas le moyen de communiquer aussi facilement. Disappointing service from your nurse at blood draw, # 13 this morning. My father who has difficulty communicating in French, an elderly man, must have suffered racism from you because he did not understand your question. You just have to have a little patience but instead your reaction to him shows your "good education" towards people who do not have the means to communicate so easily.
P	Patricia C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Système de rendez-vous inefficace. Impossible de garder le 2 mètre de distanciation, même que la dame a l’entrée a dit « vous garderez pas le 2 mètre ici ». Attroupement à l’entrée tout le monde collés. Par contre à l’intérieur ça va vite. Inefficient appointment system. Impossible to keep the 2 meter distance, even the lady at the entrance said "you won't keep the 2 meter here". Crowd at the entrance everyone glued. On the other hand, inside it goes quickly.

J’avais un rendez-vous à 8h45, je rentre donc à 8h40 car il est bien spécifié de rentrer seulement 5 minutes avant notre rendez-vous. La dame à l’accueil donne le numéro en rentrant et peu importe l’heure du rendez-vous. La personne avant moi avait un rendez-vous à 9h et elle a eu son numéro avant moi. Ensuite, la salle d’attente déborde, pas assez de place pour asseoir tout le monde, et j’ai dû attendre 45 minutes avant d’avoir ma prise de sang. À quoi sert donc le système de rendez-vous quand personne ne respecte l’heure, nous ne passons pas à l’heure prévu et en plus aucune distanciation sociale, il y a autant de monde qu’avant la pandémie donc autant qu’avant le système de rendez-vous. Vraiment très fâchant. Je vais continuer d’aller à celui de St-Jérôme où on passe dans les 5 à 10 minutes de l’heure de son rendez-vous. Really hell. Completely flawed and useless appointment system. I had an appointment at 8:45 am, so I return at 8:40 am because it is well specified to return only 5 minutes before our appointment. The lady at the reception gives the number when you get home and it doesn't matter what time the appointment is. The person before me had an appointment at 9 a.m. and she got her number before me. Then the waiting room is overflowing, not enough room to seat everyone, and I had to wait 45 minutes before having my blood test. So what's the use of the appointment system when no one is on time, we don't show up at the scheduled time and in addition no social distancing, there are as many people as before the pandemic so as many as before the appointment system. Really very annoying. I will continue to go to the one in St-Jérôme where we pass within 5 to 10 minutes of their appointment time.

J	John Habib on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is just terrible service and god forbid they hear you speak English! You’ve just tripled you already double waiting time to. Very rude when they speak (try and speak) to you. As if you not sick and wasting their time. I mean really, who would wait over 6 hours if they weren’t sick! If I could I’d have this placed shut down. Totally not ever going to come back here and figured a way to have this place investigated for there service toward other speaking language people. I only seen and know of 2 other doctor that are superstars here and they leave at 4 pm. So come in at 8:00am if you need to be seen before 4 pm!
A	Adriana Borstner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so organized and efficient, I love it! I never have to wait long, the entire process is super fast because the directions are clear (regardless of the language you speak) and the employees are wonderfully polite and helpful. Amazing!
