 Safe and efficient place for blood tests, excellent dynamic team dedicated to customer service. It is a great pleasure to work with this team at the Sampling Center. I highly recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je pourrais donner aucune étoile je le ferais malheureusement je dois donner une étoile. Le personnel est très désagréable lors de l'inscription. Aucune empathie et très bête. Et que dire du temps d'attente.. assez ridicule.
If I could give zero stars I would unfortunately I have to give one star. The staff is very rude when registering. No empathy and very stupid. And what about the waiting time... quite ridiculous.

Pas trop d'attente même avec sans RDV à 14h00.
Personnels aimables.
Difficile d'espérer mieux!

Sufficient number of places.
Not too much of a wait even with no appointment at 2:00 p.m.
Friendly staff.
Hard to hope for better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malgré le nombre de personnes en attente, le service s'est fait quand même assez rapidement. Le système est très bien organisé et l'infirmière qui a prit mon prélèvement sanguin était très gentille et douce.
Despite the number of people waiting, the service was still fairly quick. The system is very well organized and the nurse who took my blood sample was very nice and gentle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here before given no issues. The lady today helping me at desk d was lecturing me telling me it’s common sense to have my health card on me in French. I’m fully aware of that and if I knew where it was I would clearly have it. There is a sign saying they would not tolerate any rudeness towards staff but it’s ok for staff to act like this? She’s clearly miserable and should probably quit her day job to create potions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I got bloodwork done here - his results were sent to the wrong address, mine were not sent anywhere… or, at least, not to the right place. The wait was over two hours. The only thing that wasn’t horrible was the friendly nurse and security staff that helped people find seats.
