On a senti aucune pression de sa part, il donnait de très bon conseils et semblait réellement content de nous aider a trouver le bon matelas.
Je ne laisse pas souvent ce genre de review, mais c'était un service étonnant.
En plus, je suis pasmal certain qu'on est ressorti avec un bon prix. On avait bien étudié le marché et ils ont battu tout ce qu'on a pu trouver en ligne en terme de prix!
We were really surprised by the quality of service in the store. Our salesman, Jean-François Trottier, truly provided exceptional service. We felt no pressure from him, he gave very good advice and seemed really happy to help us find the right mattress.
I don't often leave this kind of review, but it was amazing service.
Besides, I'm pretty sure we came out with a good price. We had studied the market well and they beat everything we could find online in terms of price!
