★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai passé 10 minutes avant mon rdv, et on a le choix du type de test, par contre ça va faire 5 jours et je n’ai toujours pas mon résultat.
I spent 10 minutes before my appointment, and we have the choice of the type of test, however it will be 5 days and I still do not have my result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lors de ma visite, il y avait apparemment un problème informatique et nous avons attendu une heure sur le trottoir puis une heure à l'intérieur. Malheureusement, aucune information sur le problème ou les délais ne nous a été fournis (ce qui nous aurait permis de décider d'attendre, de revenir plus tard ou d'aller ailleurs). Bien que sympathiques, aucun des 5 ou 6 agent de sécurité n'a vérifié nos heures de rdv pour s'assurer de nous faire passer dans l'ordre.
When I visited there was apparently a computer glitch and we waited an hour on the sidewalk and then an hour inside. Unfortunately, we were not provided with any information on the issue or the timelines (which would have allowed us to decide to wait, come back later, or go elsewhere). Although friendly, none of the 5 or 6 security guards checked our meeting times to make sure we got through in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet me dit que le centre est ouvert. Je me rend sur place et il est fermé. Je téléphone pour de l'information et ont me dit que le site n'est pas à jour et qu'il est fermé depuis plusieurs semaines... ? La covid cause beaucoup de problème, mettre les sites à jours serait la moindre des choses.
The internet tells me the center is open. I go there and it is closed. I call for information and have been told that the site is not up to date and that it has been closed for several weeks...? The covid is causing a lot of problems, updating the sites would be the least we can do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is nice, but they have no process for letting in appointments vs no appointment.
People were complaining to the staff taking the card information about the line situation, but without the security guard having the possibility of verifying it, not sure this will get fixed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went was good, line up was long but to be expected with no appointment. Went through, as an english speaker the woman doing my intake was NOT happy with that. Very rude woman, wouldn't even do my intake, gave me to someone else, thankfully the other person was very helpful and nice to me.
Went back today to get another test; came 10 minutes early to beat the line up. Which was great, only one person in front of me. I went in to ask if they were open or if I had to wait another 10 minutes. This was my conversation with the guy at the front:
Me: "Are you guys open yet or should I wait a bit longer?"
Him: "We are open but we don't have any tests"
Me: "... well when do you think you will have more tests available?"
Him: "I...I don't know"
Me: "So not today?"
Him: "I don't know, maybe.."
I'm sorry but what TEST CENTRE does not have TESTS?!! It's literally the only thing they do there is the tests how the hell do they not have any tests available? It's not like they ran out due to high volumes that day as I was literally the second person to arrive.
What a flawed system. Absolutely ridiculous they didn't have any tests available. So I guess I'm going back every hour until they close to find out if they have more tests available? Like what the actual f***
