M	Miryam Guirguis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, not understand to the bits, plus not very clean with the products: I was told service would maximum take 1 hour maybe 10 minutes over, i stayed 30 minutes over and she wasn’t done curfew was in 30 minutes so i left, payed upfront 68$ plus 11 for the design, when i went back to get at least the 11$ back for the design because i didn’t profit of it the girl was rude (customer service 0%), told her fine when i come back for a refill which i wasn’t planning on doing because i didnt want to go there again but okay, next time the design is paid, she said either now or no.... Plus the nail tech hurt me in 3 fingers (bleeding) and instead of cleaning it with water she cleaned it with her finger with the acrylic dust all over them. Not planning on going there again and highly would not suggest

I usually plan for it last minute. So this really works for me. The prices are higher than other places but you get nice job. I recommand it.
J	Joanie Bélanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my gel nails removed at carrefour Laval after coming back for fillings the last 3-4 months between them and the one in centre Laval. The lady removing my nails was rude, asked who originally did my nails (it's her) and where. She hurt my fingers during the whole process, especially towards the end using her dirty buzzer that made me bleed. At the end I didn't know it was over, because my hands looked terrible, and she offensively ordered me to go wash my hands because it was over. When I was done washing my hands in their bathroom I opened the door to find her laughing with a colleague. She then looked at me with her big guilty eyes as if she was talkshitting me in her language and I had just caught her??? The service before that was mediocre at best. Their tools are not properly sterilized let alone clean. Many times I had my nails colored with dirt or little hairs on them. I never said anything bad to the employees, was always a good customer that left good tip. This was my first experience at a nail salon and I'm never coming back.

I need a good back massage from time to time and even though I tried many places, I was yet to find a good therapist. Found one in Longueil, but she only works 2 days a week and she's far. I was here once before and the massage I received was... ok, but still not at the level I needed it to be! I was a therapist myself... my expectations are probably high! I went again yesterday and it so just happened that I needed a pedicure as well because I looked like something swooping down from above to grab a chicken! No fancy stuff just a good trim and exfoliation of calluses. Afterwards we proceeded to do the 1 hour massage and it was super professionally done by COCO! So if you find yourself in the need for a good medical grade massotherapy, COCO is the way to go! Thanks and see you next time!
I	Isfah Amanat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would rate it zero if I could. I was told my pedi was dry so I put my socks back on. Went home to a complete crippled look. Lady on the phone refused to let me in to fix it, which would have taken literally 5 mins max. Did not even offer a refund.
É	Émily L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i’m disappointed! I went and the man that did my nails was alright. This issue is i got long nails and they fell off a couple days after getting them done i was confused cause i’ve never had an issue like that at any other nail salon. They were also quite pricey ?

Went there for hair color last week, wanted the color same like someone who is working over there, they messed up so bad I had to almost hide for 2 days. Got the appointment after 2 days and then messed up again and trying to convince me with excuses. Even every time they ask for the payment before washing the hair, it was like they know something might get wrong and the customer won't pay. Next week went to another place and they fixed it really well as I wanted. Never going back there again.

When she arrived they ask her if she would prefer acrylic instead as it is supposedly stronger. She agreed remembering that acrylic nails were at 40$ online for color and 50 for French tips. Until the very end, the service was great! The woman who did the nail was sweet. The manicure is not the best ever but it does the job! When she finished, went to the front desk and they told her it was 60$ +tx. She was really confused tried to explain she asked for acrylic, so she’s not supposed to pay the price of a gel manicure. The girl at the front said sorry but you had gel and said it was what needed to be paid. So lesson learned. She won’t go back there. She asked for a service and made her paid another. This is not the way you supposed to treat your client.
