★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fait un spécial à 400$ pour enlever une pièce de monnaie pris dans la machine à laver. Je l'ai fait moi-même en visionnant une vidéo sur le web. Ça m'a pris 20 minutes et couté 2,75$ parce que que j'ai remplacé les anneaux de serrage. Technicien bête et très inefficace. Je donnerais 0 étoile.
Makes a special at $ 400 to remove a coin caught in the washing machine. I did it myself by watching a video on the web. It took me 20 minutes and cost $ 2.75 because I replaced the clamping rings. Silly and very ineffective technician. I would give 0 stars.

Mr Beaulieu gave me a reasonable price compared to his competitors. He was polite, courteous and his technician was too. He was on time, did a good job on time and on time. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future!
