★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the car dealership of sewing machines minus the greasy car salesperson. The ladies where very knowledgeable with all the equipment in the store. My wife sent me here to buy a sewing machine and I thought it was going to be like Walmart...boy was I wrong! I was greeted right away and they ran me threw a bunch of machines with no pressure to buy. Once we found the perfect sewing machine, they also provide a lesson with it!!! That right there is awesome and I'm sure my wife has added this store to a must visit everytime we are in the city!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speaking from experience, there are two other sewing machine stores in Edmonton, do not waste your time with them.
Central Sewing is bar none the best customer service we've encountered thus far, and we've bought machines from all three stores now, and will not go back to the first two.
Rod explained every single component of the industrial machine I was looking for, let us try it out for as long as we wanted and at the same time treated us as equals, which I cannot say the same of the others. He went above & beyond the norm to match every requirement we had, now I have an industrial machine that literally takes my breath away as I sew, and I couldn't be any happier about our purchase.
It's worth the time to go and talk to them, industrial or domestic, they've got the largest selection in the city, and I see a Bernina in my future.
