We had 16 Amazing years with him and miss him terribly but comforted knowing he is no longer in pain. Thank you Wendi Smith

Let me say, I give the outpost respect for the veterinarian field especially during the pandemic, unfortunately though, the service I had, I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and disrespect. I felt like no one was on the same page. I expressed my experience with the manager, felt dismissed. I've left in tears feeling helpless.

We just moved, don’t know the area and the little kitty had just joined our family a week ago. We were kinda panicked trying to find someone to help us. We called Central animal hospital and despite being fully booked, they made room to help us. The situation was pretty dire for our little one. They called us and updated us multiple times durning her stay, they performed multiple tests to get a diagnosis and eventually had to do surgery to save her. We are so grateful to the wonderfully dedicated, kind hearted and professional staff. This was one of the best customer service experiences our family could have asked for. I would highly recommend.

They did only what they had to and what they did do my suffering cat is still purring in relief from. I couldn’t be more grateful to a greater bunch of people. There’s nothing worse than not being able to help your loved ones while in distress. Thank you thank you thank you for coming to the rescue and getting us on the road to recovery.
